Folks, We have heard a small set of devices were receiving the error 8018830F when trying to take Update 1 this morning. We need your help to look into this further. Please reply to this thread and provide the following details: Make/Model of Device (Ex: Nokia Lumia 925) Country device was purchased in Mobile Operator if device is branded a specific operator (during boot up does it display a Mobile Operator logo?) The Manufacture ID for Device (Nokia Devices Only!) Note: To find the Manufacture ID, go to Settings -> Extras + Info -> More Info -> It should be the first row listed. Try hard resetting your phone and then perform the update. (Settings > about > reset your phone) Just make sure backup is turned on under Settings first.

Hi The update downloaded on my L925 but it cannot be opened : error 8018330f I tried to download several times in vain. Does anybody have a solution ? Thanks

Try hard resetting your phone and then perform the update. (Settings > about > reset your phone)
