Please reply to this thread and provide the following details: Make/Model of Device (Ex: Nokia Lumia 925) Country device was purchased in Mobile Operator if device is branded a specific operator (during boot up does it display a Mobile Operator logo?) The Manufacture ID for Device (Nokia Devices Only!) Note: To find the Manufacture ID, go to Settings -> Extras + Info -> More Info -> It should be the first row listed. Nokia Lumina 925 australia virgin RM-892 I have tried updating in different regions but still it won't update

Hi, Check if you are enroled into Developer Preview. Download Preview for Developers and enrole for free(second option) and then will be allowed to access the downloaded updates. Follow the steps as instructed... a lot of yes, continue and accept. Then restart phone and update. After all updates for W8.1 done I have downloaded Windows insider and enroled there also and now updated to Windows 10. All working fine. The phone is Lumia 830. Initially I have tried all the solutions with modifying the region and the time but the problem was the developer account was deleted when I did a hard reset of the phone. Tks

This is now sep 2015 and I am still getting the same error. How can I fix it?
