Please reply to this thread and provide the following details: Make/Model of Device (Ex: Nokia Lumia 925) Country device was purchased in Mobile Operator if device is branded a specific operator (during boot up does it display a Mobile Operator logo?) The Manufacture ID for Device (Nokia Devices Only!) Note: To find the Manufacture ID, go to Settings -> Extras + Info -> More Info -> It should be the first row listed. Dear friend good evening on Saturday I solved the problem registering my phone in **** (Preview for Developers). After the phone registration I received more than five (5) updates, with result of the final installation of 8.1 (OS version 8.10.14176.243) and the firmware update to 2424.13.10.1 ( I don´t know if there is better version). For those that steel have the error, the process to download from store and install the ****, its very easy (they have to install the SDK in a PC) and solve the problem permantly.

Since this morning it works. Perfect! Now waiting for WP8.1 :-)

Same error, same details but UK phone.
