If you do not see the Windows 8.1 update in the Windows Store, here are some of the reasons. You can find more details here on why you may not be seeing the Windows 8.1 update.
a. If you’re running Windows 8.1 Preview, here’s how to update to the final version.
b. If you’re running Windows Enterprise Edition or Volume License version of Windows Pro. You must speak to your system administer to learn how to update.
If you are not sure, the following steps will help you identify if you have a Volume License version of Windows:
If it says something that resembles Volume, you won’t be able to get it through the store and will need to talk to your system administrator about their plans for rolling out this update based on the Volume License agreement through the
Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC). If you are the system administrator or the person responsible for your company’s computers, you should refer to this article for information on how to upgrade.
c. If you’re using a Multiple Activation Product Key through a Commercial or MSDN contact. To install the update, you need to use media obtained through those programs.
If you are having issues with installing Windows Update we recommend you post for help with that issue.
You may also attempt an automated fix by running the Windows Update troubleshooter
(If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.)
To refresh the catalog, try pressing the Windows and R key together to open the run box, type WSReset.exe and hit Enter. Reboot and check the Windows Store again.

If after following all suggestion within these forums and also completing a full Reset of Windows 8 and checking with your device manufactures websites for all driver updates, if you are still not seeing the update for 8.1 in Store. Then the best two options I would give is, first call Microsoft and let them take a look and (maybe) they provide you with the direct ISO link and Key assistance. (this could have a negative impact on your personal settings as "some" report other issues after connect via remote connections) second option, be a little more patient as Microsoft are aware that some users are having issues having 8.1 update through Store being offered and said this could be due to Graphics drivers needing updating (or a list of other issues and incompatibilities) so locating the exact issue can be a bit tricky and time consuming.
Hope this helps
Have a great day!

Please help there is a iso of windows 8.1 but I don't know the product code.
@Ac100_755
You should not be attempting to download/install the 8.1 preview now since the official release of 8.1
I would suggest in your case to just reload 8.0 and then after setting everything up, 8.1 will be offered through the appropriate channels.
Hope this helps
