Hi,

When I try to apply KB2887595 after the restart I get this message: "Failure configuring Windows updates-undoing changes".How to resolve it?

It seems then that MS have not fixed the issue then. I must have tried 50 times so maybe it was luck that got it to work in the end.

Something is definitely wrong though. Even on my surface pro I had great trouble.

Uh. After some tries the Windows Update has fixed, but the original problem with KB2887595 persists.

I'm out of ideas.

I'd repeated the troubleshoot. The result:

Ctrl Panel,

search for Troubleshoot,

select Troubleshhoting,

at the bottom, under System and Security

select Fix problems with Windows Update.

I'd tried it yesterday, it's fixed something, but not solved my problem.

I'll try it again.
