I just purchased a new windows 8.1 pc and it has the realtek driver 6.0.1.7032 and it has the same problem. Now what?

2014-03-17T15:16:36+00:00 I have that device and I just tried disabling it followed by a reboot. Unfortunately didn't help. Is there anything else I need to do related to the driver?

After reading your post I upgraded my sound drivers to the latest version R3.75 from my motherboard manufacturer's site (Gigabyte). I was using version R2.70 previously.
The problem is fixed! Thank you Merwinsson!
Devices and Printers now loads instantly! It used to take something like 2 minutes!

The problem is back without changing Realtek drivers. So I don't know what's wrong!
Microsoft PLEASE fix!
