Hi, I had lots of support sessions, still nothing. Microsoft cay it is a Bios pnot determine the problem, and they say it is a Bios problem, but there are no logs that prove it. I`ll go to Ubuntu, it is free and it us upgradeable. Disappointed with Microsoft...

22:17 Frederick: because the same error that is being experienced by users like on your laptop is cause by the bios of the hardware

22:19 Rafael Godoy: Is there an official statement that says my notebook cannot run 8.1?
22:22 Frederick: there is no office statement that says you cannot use windows 8.1
22:23 Frederick: however, if you're notebook does not have the drivers that is needed for windows 8.1 that is released by the manufacturer of the computer, there is no guarantee that you will not encounter any errors

22:46 Frederick: most of the cases that we encounter with this particular error code has something to do with the secure boot or bios update

22:59 Frederick: you may need to contact them so that they can provide you the drivers
