Microsoft Mahjong Daily Challenge games not loading

My Classic game quit working last February.  Tried getting help, did everything I could to get it back and no avail.

All of a sudden I went under settings for the upteenth time and it came up.  

NO CLUE what happened but it is working and I am very happy.  Microsoft, no help at all.

I cannot use any Microsoft games.  I have made no changes to my PC and the games stopped working a little over a week ago (Microsoft 8.1)

I get unable to log in the XBox games messages...

We've all had this problem FOREVER and Microsoft just doesn't give a rats azzz...  What do they care, they have our money......

IF they cared, don't you think they would be doing something about this!!

For Feb 3, 2014 - the Classic game won't load. On Feb 4, the Lightning Tiles game won't load, and on Feb 6, the Golden Tiles games won't load. The other two games on each of those days work just fine. Is anyone else having this problem?

Had same problem for a week, Then all games worked for a week or two now all games will not load.4/26/16

Mahjong still won't load properly.  What I do is unplug the Ethernet cable, start the game which tells me I have no internet connection.  Re input the cable and hit reload.  the game then normally starts ok.  Problem is I have to do this EVERY time I play the game.  So basically, Microsoft/Arkadium are ignoring all questions and answers and hoping the problems will go away.  No one seems to want to put any resources into solving the issues.
