Microsoft Mahjong Daily Challenge games not loading

I have been having the same problem. I just got off the telephone with Dell who spent over 45 minutes updating everything they possibly could to make sure that they did not miss anything and still nothing worked. We tired to un-install and re-install the game and nothing also.  My other games work but not this one and I really enjoy this one.  I also think it would be very beneficial to figure out why this is happening as soon as possible.

why can't I get Microsoft mahjong games including the daily game? I've tried several times and I get steps to check this or that, which doesn't pertain to an iPad or isn't on an iPad????????

I had not made any changes to my computer it was working fine with 8.1 then all of a sudden it just didn't want to come up anymore.

Also my Seagate doesn't work either, says it can't find an external drive.  

I have tried just about everything and have given up on it.

I have Windows 10 and have been playing it every day until I could not open it yesterday.

This morning I followed the above steps and updated the driver software, but it still will not open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
