Yesterday, Microsoft Store sent me an update request to upgrade my Mahjong game. I updated the game and it is now working perfectly. Hurray!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For Feb 3, 2014 - the Classic game won't load. On Feb 4, the Lightning Tiles game won't load, and on Feb 6, the Golden Tiles games won't load. The other two games on each of those days work just fine. Is anyone else having this problem?

2014-02-24T21:39:53+00:00 Really reluctant to upgrade to 8.1 after the reports. Pretty p'd off that random games are not loading on Daily Challenge. Only had 1 month where not achieved gold medal and that was last time problems arose. Is this happening with the full version as well? Suspected it was linked to the ads last time but not sure what is going on this time. Thoroughly annoying though. Upgrading drivers doesn't seem to work and am not sure why it only affects random games unless of course this is linked to ads not "loading" pre-individual game not dissimilar to last time problem occurred? If this is not affecting the full non-ad version then would suggest this is the place for the Microsoft boffins to start. Boffins? really showing my age :-)

Knock Knock Is anybody home??? There are still a LOT of people out here that still can't play Mahjong.
It is now February 24 and your last response was February 11. Does this mean that Microsoft feels that the "fix" is to "upgrade?" to 8.1? I'm sure "patience" is wearing thin!

2014-02-24T06:29:32+00:00 I have to say that 8.1 works far better than 8 on my computer. So yeah, it was worth it for me. Your warning that you can't go back to 8.0 should be noted by others. I'm hoping that if your predictions do come true the Recovery disks I made right after I got my computer will work to restore things.
