Microsoft Mahjong Daily Challenge games not loading

You hit the nail on the head!!  It is a REAL problem with the ads.

NOW, the question is...... HOW THE HECK DO I UNSUBSCRIBE from this thread?!?!?!  There is a "subscribe" button, but no UNSUBSCRIBE ........ WHY NOT?!?!?

This is not limited to MS Mahjong, the daily solitaire games also refuse to load, occasionally. Microsoft is usually useless in helping to resolve issues as they are too occupied with proving that it's your fault and making you resolve the issue yourself rather than be bothered with customer service.

IAHO, based on observing when and how games refuse to load, is that the problem is related to their adds being glitchy, sometimes. If the adds won't load the application, or specific games, won't load. Remember, they're first priority is selling stuff for themselves or their advertisers.

Mahjong still won't load properly.  What I do is unplug the Ethernet cable, start the game which tells me I have no internet connection.  Re input the cable and hit reload.  the game then normally starts ok.  Problem is I have to do this EVERY time I play the game.  So basically, Microsoft/Arkadium are ignoring all questions and answers and hoping the problems will go away.  No one seems to want to put any resources into solving the issues.
