windows 8.1 clock running fast post update

Since I have updated to windows 8.1 the clock is running, I have had to reset the date and time every day off by several hours, some times by a couple of days, I did not have any problems before I updated. I have an ACER W510 tablet

Hey what is going on here ???? My clock is going nuts about a second faster then normal since yesterday. What happened ??? An update that **** the clock speed ?

My Time Zone is all right, nothing changed on my part anyway but the clock is going way too fast and I'm actually off of 45 minutes. At that reate I'll have to change my clock every 10 minutes to get it back to normal. that's wrong !!!

After several weeks of testing this fix. I can confirm that this fixed my issue finally.

Dell replaced my tablet about a month ago. That's how my problem with the time was resolved.

Yes it has been released. You can download that from here if it doesn't show up in windows update.
