Have you recently installed SoundTap Streaming Audio Recorder?

stdriverx64.sys is a driver installed with this software and the bug check report on the dump file says caused by stdriverx64.sys. The statement caused by does not necessarily mean that the named driver caused the system failure but it is clearly implicated in the crash.

 

Uninstall by selecting Start, Control Panel, Programs and Features, place the cursor on SoundTap Streaming Audio Recorder, right click and select Uninstall from the drop down menu.

SoundTap was part of other NCH software which had gotten uninstalled prior to the crash. Meaning that there is no SoundTab in programs and features to uninstall and that SoundTap should not be the source of problems since it has been removed long time ago. There is Soundforge and maxRecorder of which i uninstalled the 2d.

Should i seek and delete stdriverx64.sys as well?

Apart from the one dump files you are seeing unexpected shut downs. These could be hardware related.

I have examined the memory and disk for defects and found none.

As for overheating....

I have bought CoolerMaster cooling pad to ensure proper ventilation.

I also, went out and bought contractor grade Hitachy power blower to clear the computer vents.

stdriverx64.sys is present in the last memory dump file you provided. Often when software is uninstalled remnants get left behind which can cause problems.

I would like to see what loads when you boot. To identify what loads when you boot use Autoruns (freeware from Microsoft).

With Autoruns you can uncheck an item, which disables it from starting, or you can right click an item and then delete it. If you uncheck you can recheck to re-enable the item. It is a much safer approach than editing the Registry and better than using msconfig.

Select File, Save, change the “Save as type” to Text file type using the Scroll to the right and click Save.

If your laptop's been in use for some time it may need the keyboard removing etc to gain access to the fans and vents to clean them properly. I've seen several with some real fluff monsters inside blocking the free flow and causing lockups and freezing. Laptops are particularly prone to this problem by the nature of them sitting on our laps, as opposed to a hard desktop etc.

If you're using a blower on the vents all you're doing is pushing the rubbish back into the PC.

How and when?

Well, 

for the disks, i run the BIOS primary & secondary HD short & long tests about 30 minutes ago with no issues.

I also have regularly run defragler or diskeeper for maintenance and they never found any problems.

Chkdsk, also found no problems.

For the memory, i run the BIOS memory test awhile ago

I also run memtest86 a few days ago with no issues

BUT.........the good news is that i get freezes even while inside the BIOS menu. That narrows down the nature of the problem i think...
