Event 7001 in the Event Viewer

All the services that you mention are the way you suggest but i still get Event 7001 in the Event Viewer and my expensive HP (Windows 7 64 bit 16- hundred euros) entertainment laptop has been rendered worthless due to random Freezes costing me hundred of lost hours and emotional agitation.

I have checked the memory for integrity, made all latest windows Updates, checked for viruses, updated all my devices in Device manager, Clean/Unclean booted, Safe/unsafe mode no god damn luck. My laptop even freezes in safe mode. I am about to through it off the window unless you save it the last minute.

    When i tried "last known good configuration" i got the BLUE SCREEN when reached desktop.

    The following day i was fortunate enough to be allowed into the computer and collect the info that you requested and put it in skydrive but got a freeze right when opening chrome browser.

    Have you recently installed SoundTap Streaming Audio Recorder?

    stdriverx64.sys is a driver installed with this software and the bug check report on the dump file says caused by stdriverx64.sys. The statement caused by does not necessarily mean that the named driver caused the system failure but it is clearly implicated in the crash.

    Uninstall by selecting Start, Control Panel, Programs and Features, place the cursor on SoundTap Streaming Audio Recorder, right click and select Uninstall from the drop down menu.

    SoundTap might have installed along with other NCH software for evaluation purposes. This is secondary though...

    The computer freezes even when i boot from windows repair disk CD or while at the Windows Error Recovery screen where you select, with arrows, which mode to load (Safe mode, Safe mode with Networking, Start windows normally) at which point, there is no SoundTap loaded yet. How do you explain this?

    If it causes system failure it is not secondary! You will find it difficult to resolve your problem if it keeps crashing.

    Apart from the one dump files you are seeing unexpected shut downs. These could be hardware related.
