All the services that you mention are the way you suggest but i still get Event 7001 in the Event Viewer and my expensive HP (Windows 7 64 bit 16- hundred euros) entertainment laptop has been rendered worthless due to random Freezes costing me hundred of lost hours and emotional agitation.
I have checked the memory for integrity, made all latest windows Updates, checked for viruses, updated all my devices in Device manager, Clean/Unclean booted, Safe/unsafe mode no god damn luck. My laptop even freezes in safe mode. I am about to through it off the window unless you save it the last minute.

There is no <Mark the Answer> button anywhere
You should see Mark the Answer (and Found this helpful Me to) buttons on all messages, except your own messages, posted by others to your thread. These are there to enable you to indicate to other users which messages you found helpful and, ultimately what solved your problem, or answered your question.
The way the system is set up means that the originator of the thread cannot Mark one their own posts as the Answer. Similarly they cannot mark one of their posts as helpful. Other persons who post to the thread (or read the thread) can click the Found this helpful Me to button but only Moderators and the originator of the thread can click the Mark the Answer button. Moderators marking their own posts as an Answer, is not allowed and many experienced contributors think that Moderators should not use the Mark the Answer button.
The purpose underlying the system, whereby users click the Mark the Answer button, is so that other users know which post provided the Answer. In the case of the Found this helpful Me to buttonthe number of users who click the button for the message is counted and the higher the count the more helpful the advice in the message is considered to be. The system is helpful when you are looking for solutions to a problem but the system does rely on all users clicking the buttons in a responsible way.
I am satisfied!
Thank you for the support, all the way, in untangling my laptop's Freezing problems.
Seems Microsoft has to better safeguard its flagship platform from crashing and burning...

Please provide a copy of your System Information file. Type System Information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key (alternative is Select Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Information). Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. The system creates a new System Information file each time system information is accessed. You need to allow a minute or two for the file to be fully populated before exporting a copy. Please upload to your Sky Drive, share with everyone and post a link here. Please say if the report has been obtained in safe mode.
Please upload and share with everyone copies of your System and Application logs from your Event Viewer to your Sky Drive and post a link here.
To access the System log select Start, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Event Viewer, from the list in the left side of the window select Windows Logs and System. Place the cursor on System, select Action from the Menu and Save All Events as (the default evtx file type) and give the file a name. Do the same for the Applications log. Do not provide filtered files.
