No, all security patches at this time are being released for those without KB2919355. once you install 2919355 you will probably get them again, but Microsoft at this time is providing updates for those still unable to get 2919355 installed. They are not blocking updates.

This is simply incorrect. The 11 patches in question WILL NOT become available until AFTER 2919355 is installed. They are not available before the 2919355 install period. I wish users and moderators alike would stop conradicting the facts I post about 2919355 in favor of what Microsoft has said. EDIT: I apologize, I was wrong about this. Of the 11 updates that show up following the KB2919355 update, f our are reoffered security updates that need to be redone after the install of KB2919355, with the remaining 7 being only applicable post KB2919355. Nothing is being withheld from impacted machines. **

Which specific updates are you referring to? Microsoft and the security bulletins both state that all security updates will be released both with the need for KB2919355 and without the need for KB2919355 until June for the consumer platform. So again, which 11 patches are you referring to?

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2953522 Case in point. KB2953522 is offered up to those with KB2919355. KB 2961851 is the IE update for those without KB2919355. Both are patching for the same issue. I've seen it with my own eyes that machines without KB2919355 are receiving both the May and June security updates. Microsoft is not holding patches back. There is some updates that come post KB2919355 due to the issues caused by KB2919355. Another example: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2965065 That one is specifically fixing a sleep mode problem introduced by KB2919355. You won't get that one until 2919355 is installed...but you don't need it until 2919355 is installed.
