If moderators, by proxy of Microsoft, refuse to tell users who upgraded through the Windows Store how to obtain a free copy of 8.1 installation media, which is required in order to solve all KB2919355 issues, then I will continue to tell users to obtain a copy from a software forum and verify the md5 SHA1 hash matches that on MSDN. As it stands, I appear to be the only user who knows how to fix all issues with KB2919355... considering an 8.1 ISO is required, then Microsoft and it's moderators either need to provide a link to microsoft.com where users can download the 8.1 ISO or need to forgo the chastising for telling users where they can find an 8.1 ISO and verify it hasn't been tampered with.
