How to uninstall LogMeIn Rescue RC after MS tech support session

After an arduous but successful tech support session repairing corrupted 8.1 updates LogMeIn Rescue RC remains on my computer. Of course it is not listed in add/remove programs. In hindsight I should have asked the tech to clean up after himself. This also resulted in a multitude of 3rd party software services being diasbled including my firewall of which I have no reference as to their proper setting but one problem at a time.

    LogMeIn Rescue is a one-time run application, it does not get installed.  After use, it is gone.

    True, but LogMeIn is a very legitimate program.  Cars are used to transport illegal drugs, but that doesn't mean every person who has a car in their driveway needs to take steps to remove the car.  Like wise, just having LogMeIn doesn't mean that you've been a victim of a scam.

    jaygee12345, we need to know who performed this "tech support" on your computer.  Was it a legitimate, licensed tech support company that you asked for help.  Or was it someone who called you and told you they were trying to help you, even though you never asked for help?  Keep in mind that Microsoft -- nor anyone else -- will ever "cold call you" to offer assistance.  If you get one of these calls, they are lying to you.
