I got following error message while I log in to my windows account and only my account.

I tried to set Windows Live ID sign-In Assistant to manual start in Windows Services. it only works one time, once I start using Windows Live mail and log out and log back in then I get error messaged again. I tried to msconfig and uncheck Windows Live IS Sign-In that I do not see error message, but  Windows Live Mail cannot launch,

I use Windows 7 Home Premium version.

It looks like that it has something with Windows Live mail,

Your help and information is great appreciated,

Regards,

Souris,

    Sorry about that!

Very strange how this has happened when I have never had an issue before. The ONLY changes to my computer prior to this happening were updates through the MSoft Windows Update files.

I will try the other settings and see if they "stick". I wonder what they were prior to when this error message began.

Yep, know how you feel re the 'sudden' appearance of the error. Since having set the process to 'manual' I have had not re-occurrence. Maybe an MS update changed the setting from 'disabled' / 'manual' to 'auto' which caused the error to appear. So far no problems with Live sign-in with the process set to 'manual'

    Hi Vivien

No problems. So far the workaround (set to 'manual' start) is suppressing the error message
