Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant to be disabled

I got following error message while I log in to my windows account and only my account.

I tried to set Windows Live ID sign-In Assistant to manual start in Windows Services. it only works one time, once I start using Windows Live mail and log out and log back in then I get error messaged again. I tried to msconfig and uncheck Windows Live IS Sign-In that I do not see error message, but  Windows Live Mail cannot launch,

I use Windows 7 Home Premium version.

It looks like that it has something with Windows Live mail,

    It turns out that didn't fix it,  I'm just not getting the popup all the time.

    I uninstalled Skype and Skype click to call and the problem went away. 

    Thanks for sharing that. Did you check whether uninstalling the Skype add-ons alone while leaving Skype itself was enough to stop the problem?

    For others following this saga and willing to test, in Internet Explorer open Manage add-ons (Alt-T A) and disable both Skype Click to Call and Lync Click to Call if they're installed. These have been known to interfere with several other programs.

    It looks like that Microsoft is unable to help us.

    It seems like that it is not a virus, since we did not instal anything before to get this message.

    Please let me know if you are interested to help ourselves to find a solution.

    We can get dome information together for example, what's kind applications we install on our machines, our machine system and version and locations,

    If you are interested for this, please leave message here that we work together to find a solution for this,

    For everyone still suffering,  I uninstalled Windows Live Essentials last year and the errors stopped. Microsoft don't care about it because they have changed their support services and the software.

    The only solution available is to remove the offending software.
