Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant to be disabled

I got following error message while I log in to my windows account and only my account.

I tried to set Windows Live ID sign-In Assistant to manual start in Windows Services. it only works one time, once I start using Windows Live mail and log out and log back in then I get error messaged again. I tried to msconfig and uncheck Windows Live IS Sign-In that I do not see error message, but  Windows Live Mail cannot launch,

I use Windows 7 Home Premium version.

It looks like that it has something with Windows Live mail,

    Thanks for the information and help,

    Your uninstall and re install procedure needs to disable firewall.

    I am not sure how to disable firewall.

    Is it necessary to disable firewall to re install the Windows Essential?

    Do you know how many program will be affected by the Windows Essential?

    Have you been able to find linkId 144689? It might well hold clues to the cause of this fault.

    Thank you for that. As a basic troubleshooting procedure for the issue, we suggest that you uninstall/reinstall the program using the steps that I have provided last June 12, 2014 to verify if the issue can be isolated on Windows Essential's end. In case the issue persist after re-installing the program, we would like to verify if you have recently downloaded/installed a program on your computer before you received the issue.

    Thanks for  the message and help,

    I just  double check and did a test,

    I do not get Windows Live ID sign-in Assistant message after I stop the service and set automatically delay or manual if I do not launch Windows Live Mail. Once I start the Windows Live Mail and log out and log back in then the Windows Live ID Sign-In Assistant message is back. It is that when service started and user log in then the system have the message.

    I tried to set Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant automatically delay then there is no error message, but Windows Live Email failed to run due to configuration.

    Sorry, I don't understand what this means. Did you see an error message when you tried to launch Windows Live Mail? If so, please quote it in full.
