Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant to be disabled

I got following error message while I log in to my windows account and only my account.

I tried to set Windows Live ID sign-In Assistant to manual start in Windows Services. it only works one time, once I start using Windows Live mail and log out and log back in then I get error messaged again. I tried to msconfig and uncheck Windows Live IS Sign-In that I do not see error message, but  Windows Live Mail cannot launch,

I use Windows 7 Home Premium version.

It looks like that it has something with Windows Live mail,

    Hi Michael

    Just from one user to another - sorry to hear that the error message continues to re-appear after changing the start-up setting. What happens if you either 'disable' or set the process to a 'manual' start?

    I have this issue as well. As far as I know, this message just started appearing and I have not installed any new software. At best, the only changes to my computer were through the Windows Update function. The only Windows Live (Essentials) I use is Live Mail. I do not use Outlook even though it is installed on my computer. Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

    The solution of changing the service to "Automatic (delayed)" has only a temporary effect. Once I restart the computer, it is back.

    This error message, which happens after I log on the computer, is driving me nuts!
