Michelle -
I did as you suggested. The download is for the 2011 version. I have a newer version already installed.
Why would you have us download an older version?

I got following error message while I log in to my windows account and only my account.
I tried to set Windows Live ID sign-In Assistant to manual start in Windows Services. it only works one time, once I start using Windows Live mail and log out and log back in then I get error messaged again. I tried to msconfig and uncheck Windows Live IS Sign-In that I do not see error message, but Windows Live Mail cannot launch,
I use Windows 7 Home Premium version.
It looks like that it has something with Windows Live mail,
Your help and information is great appreciated,
Regards,
Souris,
