Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant to be disabled

I got following error message while I log in to my windows account and only my account.

I tried to set Windows Live ID sign-In Assistant to manual start in Windows Services. it only works one time, once I start using Windows Live mail and log out and log back in then I get error messaged again. I tried to msconfig and uncheck Windows Live IS Sign-In that I do not see error message, but  Windows Live Mail cannot launch,

I use Windows 7 Home Premium version.

It looks like that it has something with Windows Live mail,

There was a problem that caused parts of the Windows Live ID Sign-in Assistant to be disabled. You might not be able to sign in to Windows Live in some programs.     We do get your point on this problem. As what the previous moderator said, this issue is currently being investigated by the Windows Live Mail Product Group and we will immediately post back once we'll hear back from them.

    To answer your question if removing Windows Live Essentials also removes Microsoft Security Essentials; no, uninstalling Windows Live Essentials won't affect the antivirus software since Microsoft Security Essentials is already a different product.

    Does removing Windows Live Essentials also remove Windows Security Essentials?  Sorry if this is a dumb question!

    What you all seem to be missing is that this is affecting people like myself who do not actually use Windows Live Essentials software but find it was installed as some point and Microsoft released a patch that has caused this issue. I have managed to resolve the problem by removing Windows Live Essentials 2012. I assume there was some form of testing done before the patch was released? If so what is the roll back plan on the change control for the patch and why has it not been invoked, from what I can see many people are having serious issues with this and may be paying out money to unscrupulous vendors who are basically un-installing the software to fix the issue.

    Get your acts together please and resolve this 1 way or another, this is beyond acceptable now and needs to be sorted, quick.
