I have the same problem.
I chatted with Microsoft and they told me it was a virus and my choice was to pay either 149.00 or 99.00 for support from Microsoft to fix the problem.
This is type of customer service is what really angers Microsoft product owners.
I mentioned that nobody on this forum mentioned a virus and Microsoft support said "then they don't know what they are talking about because I have worked for Microsoft for 10 years."
yes that is a quote from microsoft chat support. they essentially are holding us hostage. i think it is a disgusting business practice. and if it is true then they do know the source of the problem and know the fix.
