I got following error message while I log in to my windows account and only my account.

I tried to set Windows Live ID sign-In Assistant to manual start in Windows Services. it only works one time, once I start using Windows Live mail and log out and log back in then I get error messaged again. I tried to msconfig and uncheck Windows Live IS Sign-In that I do not see error message, but  Windows Live Mail cannot launch,

I use Windows 7 Home Premium version.

It looks like that it has something with Windows Live mail,

Your help and information is great appreciated,

Regards,

    Cesar_E and ALL at Microsoft

What you all seem to be missing is that this is affecting people like myself who do not actually use Windows Live Essentials software but find it was installed as some point and Microsoft released a patch that has caused this issue. I have managed to resolve the problem by removing Windows Live Essentials 2012. I assume there was some form of testing done before the patch was released? If so what is the roll back plan on the change control for the patch and why has it not been invoked, from what I can see many people are having serious issues with this and may be paying out money to unscrupulous vendors who are basically un-installing the software to fix the issue.

Get your acts together please and resolve this 1 way or another, this is beyond acceptable now and needs to be sorted, quick.

Hi to all who are still being frustrated by this issue and Microsoft's slow and disinterested response so far!  Message for the Escalations Team: "Please consider that for everyone who lodges a post about this issue there will be several dozens more who have the problem but don't bother to report it".  So, come on guys, get it sorted, please!

I just started receiving this message this morning.   Windows 7 home; haven't used any Live Essentials programs in last 8 months; use Microsoft Outlook (which takes time to load); tried the update of Live Essentials but already have 2012 version.  Did a repair on Live Essentials - which took several minutes - and no change - still receiving error message on every start.  Any answers yet????
