Class Action Lawsuit

2017 and there is no end to the issues that Microsoft  keeps putting out.  I can't even use my laptop and I got it in late October of 2016.  Every time I use it there are constant lags and I'm discovering there are missing tools.  $450.00 gone to waste.  IS THERE A CLASS ACTION?  I NEED TO JOIN!  Absolute rubbish products and service.

Well you should still be able to roll back to your previous operating system.

However if you choose to stick with 10 you should know about the services that cannot be stopped such as cortana and edge. And no one tells you that Microsoft along with the rest of their data collecting partners are violating our rights. They collect everything you're doing, whatever you may write, or create and THEY are the ones making money from your intellectual property.

Nowhere in any of their EULAs is there a clause that says they have the right to steal their customers intellectual property, but they are. Laws actually protect the customers from these crimes - but all anyone cares about is protecting these companies and their intellectual property.

Attention Class Action Law Firms 

I think MSFT might have just gotten too cocky for its britches. There is no way that someone who was never given the opportunity to accept the EULA can be held responsible for either its contents or the actions of the perpetrator!

Windows 10 was installed on two of our computers overnight, without our permission, and without our even being presented with a EULA to accept. If MSFT has any evidence of our acceptance of a EULA for Windows 10, it has acted criminally by automating our acceptance or providing an opt-out timer whose default was to opt-in, when no one was present. 

I believe we could be beyond a civil suits and into the area of criminal activity. While we're seeking a firm for a class-action civil suit, we should also be talking to the US Attorney about this, as well as the federal consumer protection agencies. 

In any case, there should be sufficient evidence and an army of people who have had the same experience that can vouch for the fact that this happened. And with no legitimate acceptance of the EULA, the notion of using arbitration should be precluded. 

Microsoft's cavalier act of forcing an upgrade on us disabled our business software and has nearly put us out of business. What's more, they advertised that anyone who installs the product can roll it back within 31 days. This feature was disabled, which is proven by the date on the installed Windows directory and the Windows.old directory, both of which reside on the root drive and are dated the day before the attempt was made to roll it back using their prescribed procedure. 

This is unconscionable!

If you want to sue them. Do it over their breech of contract. Their illegal means (I mean Data collection) of using data collection as a means to comit theft. By default you are opted in to this massive scheme that involves not only them but many of the tech companies using your intellectual property... Your data, to improve not only your own but every one else's user experience. They are stealing your property and claiming that they only collect certain things and will completely exclude your personal property. It's a lie, not only have they partook in this practice they have opened the door for others. If you're a graphic designer, or a mesher, a programmer, video game creator, author, or well anything in the tech or creative field. Or just by hobby, they will use anything they like. Your property, your creation. Do they care that you have the right to say how and when it can be used or by whom? NOT ONE BIT! When you appeal to them time after time, and they continue to not only steal your property but to publish it and allpw others the very same chance.

THEY are earning millions from your property!

And when you ask about all these new services! They tell you not turn them off. Everyone's concerned about the spying. Very few understand why the spying is for. Definitely not for your benefit! But to controll a monopoly, and continue to "partner" with thieves. Turn off everything that says DATA in services. It's theft! Oh and if you have an NVIDIA graphics card, disable the backend driver, and block it - their license states they can collect basically anything they want and have the right to do whatever they want with it.

These are illegally practises according to the Attorney generals office of OHIO. It's a loophole to commit theft! Let's get this going!
