I don't remember exactly what driver it was. Go to the Dell website, enter your product info and find the area for drivers and downloads. Download and install all the latest Bluetooth drivers. Good luck!

Hey all. I recently bought a Surface Pro 2. I later bought a Surface Arc Mouse. Long story short, I had to return my Surface. So, as of now I am on my laptop and I cannot get my laptop's bluetooth to discover my mouse (it's in discovery mode).
I tried googling around and couldn't find anything. Am I stuck?

2015-02-22T12:25:13+00:00 Personally for me this is more fundamental for Microsoft. This is an expensive product, i.e. more than likely its going to be used as a business device. Virtually no businesses are rolling out Windows 8 based on the normal Micorosft one bad, one good, one bad, one good pattern of OS releases.
So MS create an expensive business focused mouse and miss the fact that the vast majority of it's target customers can't use the product. There is probably someone at MS who can't work out why it's not selling and all they needed was a Windows 7 driver. Nuts.

2015-05-05T21:23:45+00:00 Does not work (not recognized) with my work Window 7 Lenovo T540p. I'm greatly disappointed in the 6 or 7 pt system requirements in the middle of the back of the box which says Windows 8.1 (not 8 either?) is required. Microsoft seems to be chasing the cool factor without being concerned about the large core base of people who still use their products for work. I will try and be more careful if there is a next time.

Not working for me. I just downloaded driver released date 13 Feb 2015. Still not working... sigh...
