I got mine working in Win7 by going to my laptop manufacturers (DELL) website and getting the most recent Bluetooth drivers. Their driver has BLE support.

Hey all. I recently bought a Surface Pro 2. I later bought a Surface Arc Mouse. Long story short, I had to return my Surface. So, as of now I am on my laptop and I cannot get my laptop's bluetooth to discover my mouse (it's in discovery mode).
I tried googling around and couldn't find anything. Am I stuck?
