Second, I'm going to start another thread. I've now got the download on my laptop. That was an original problem. But now it won't install.
That's the next problem:
Error: 0x8007025D - 0x2000C. There's very little explanation of these errors.
Microsoft professionals seem to be conspicuous by their absence to solve these problems.
If some Microsoft 'expert' replies about, re-booting, clean re-boot, scannow, store clean, dism, whatever!, I don't know what I'll be tempted to do.
For most of us we bought a service (Win 8) and now we want to take the update that's offered. Why should that be so hard? Somebody must know the answers.
Can I have Win 3.1 back please?
