Windows 8.1 Update Error Code: 0x80240031

I am getting error code 0x80240031 during download of Windows 8.1 for 50% of Downloading. Can anybody help me fix this?

    What are troubleshooting methods have you tried to fix the issue?

    1.one was to recheck if any important update was left

    2.in one post I read to run the cmd prompt and type some command and then restart.it didn't work.please help me
