Windows 8.1 Update Error Code: 0x80240031

I am getting error code 0x80240031 during download of Windows 8.1 for 50% of Downloading. Can anybody help me fix this?

    つまり

    msは確立できてるわけでもないx64テクノロジーを金とって販売してる訳だ

    サポートとのやり取りではx64を使って欲しくない的な姿勢が　ありありだもんね

    ADSL+x64windowsOSでのダウンロードは200メガを超えるfileならまず

    間違いなくcorruptする

    いいかげんで金返せよこらこのドロボー

    According to pj62775 do this:

    "I went to windows update and installed all of the updates that were listed, then went back to the App Store and tried the update and finally it worked."
