Windows 8.1 Update Error Code: 0x80240031

I am getting error code 0x80240031 during download of Windows 8.1 for 50% of Downloading. Can anybody help me fix this?

msは確立できてるわけでもないx64テクノロジーを金とって販売してる訳だ

サポートとのやり取りではx64を使って欲しくない的な姿勢が　ありありだもんね

ADSL+x64windowsOSでのダウンロードは200メガを超えるfileならまず

間違いなくcorruptする

いいかげんで金返せよこらこのドロボー

i was finally able to solve this problem. i guess resetting the winsock helped me . Thanks everyone for the help.

I've tried going to thr site for this windows update problems and after going to the site where you can download the update manager software, install it and it should work fine after that. It has been a long time I did this and I can't really remember the Microsoft webpage that can do this resolve. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to search ther whole web of Microsoft.
