Windows 8.1 Update Error Code: 0x80240031

Not true - I have a regular connection, but still cannot download it.

I was having trouble downloading the program from Windows 8.1 and, without my account was making a big mistake for which I did not lose the program and I went out the error code 0x80240031 and this was my big mistake ... if you try to download Windows 8.1 using your cell phone as a modem, YOU CAN'T NEVER DOWNLOAD tHE PROGRAM AND YOU'LL HAVE THE ERROR CODE. If you use a regular connection (such as DSL or normal) may download the Windows 8.1 without any problems.

Are you trying to download the Windows 8.1 with wireless connexion of some cell phone? If doing this, let me tell you ever come down the 8.1. You must use a regular connexion and you'll  not have any problems with the download of Windows 8.1

Hi everyone, I tried updating to win 8.1. Again it failed. But this time i was able to download 50%. Then error code came again. I think its the service provider who responsible for this. try updating via cable. It will come right, btw thats my next move. I'll let yo know if it come rights
