2013-11-06T07:58:06+00:00 I'm having this problem as well but I don't even get to start downloading anything. It just says 0% then 'Something happened' along with the error 0x80240031
Has anyone tried installing this update after doing a reset of Windows 8?
there is not particular solution to fix this error sadly . However, you can try out multiple things to check if any of these works !!
