    This just happened to me too! It got to 100%, then counted BACKWARD, and then started downloading all over again. I am beyond ticked. This was a 90 minute download for me, and now its running again??

    Does this mean the Tool is broken and we can't roll back? Please say it isn't so. DPV is so broken right now..

    New update for DP today, try it. My 920 on DP finished with Cyan installed.

    Is there a version of the recovery tool that works with MS Vista?  I don't have a computer with a more recent version of MS Windows operating system.

    I tried that. It didn't work. It says phone has a problem and the phone shuts down again.
