I am also unable to install Windows Store apps recently. Yesterday I was still able to install ICQ from Windows Store. Now I can't install any other applications.

I'm having the 0x8020002e error. When I try to install an app, it doesn't even start downloading, and would instead return this error message when I check on Details.

I got tired of trying to update it so I just let it be...anyway let's just wait for the newest release of Windows Blue. It'll probably fix all of the troubles that we have in Windows 8.

hi still encountering the problem? If so, try to download and install all critical updates from your pc's manufacturer website especially essential updates for windows 8. upon completion of critical updates, run WSreset.exe to clear up all pending installation from windows store and try to download and install desired application from windows store again... hope this could help.

At least this one worked for me:

I just downloaded an app that clears registry errors and junk files. I ran the app and it cleared all the registry errors. And when I tried to download an app on Windows Store again, it ran perfectly!

    Hope this helps!
