    Hi Reginald,

I can imagine the inconvenience you have experienced. I will definitely try and help you in fixing the issue.

I understand that you have an issue with windows app; I will guide you with this.

I would suggest you to try these methods and check if it helps.

Why can't I find or install an app from the Windows Store?

I would salso uggest you to reset the Windows Store using WSReset.exe command

What to do if you have problems with an app

Hope it helps. If the issue still persists, please feel free to reply. I would be glad to assist you further.

I appreciate your suggestions but none of them worked. Everytime I try to download the 8.1, it always fails and shows the error code. If you could only make the upgrade available in browsers, that would be great. For example, using Chrome, you can see the download progress. It is easier, i think, if we can download it using a browser. :-)

I have never set my WiFi as a metered connection, and I've tried the WSReset.exe command AND reset my computer, however no changes happened. Please fix this bug -maybe in the next update or something- as it is extremely annoying. I want to install Project Spark, and the Beta is ending soon. I want to leave with SOMETHING made in it.
