Original Title; I can't update or install windows 8 pro apps.

i've tried all of your methods but still not working. i troubleshoot the apps, create another microsoft account, creat a local account, clean the registry, refreshed, reset and reinstalled windows but the problem is still there. it says, Error code: 0x8020002e. i have a good internet connection.

    ihave a broadband stick from tmobile i have the same problem everything works except the windoews store

    Have you tried using another ISP to download?.

    I cannot download apps and the windows update keep failing and gives me an 8020002e error.. but As I have used another ISP, I can successfully download then. Currently I am using SUN Internet as I Can successfully download and without the error. But as i switch back to GLOBE, the problem comes back..

    I am from the Philippines by the way.

    i also have been looking for a one time solution for more than 6 mo...  but everytime i wanted to download an app i have to go through all this methods to find one that works... WIndows 8 and Microsoft are really disappointing...
