Original Title; I can't update or install windows 8 pro apps.

i've tried all of your methods but still not working. i troubleshoot the apps, create another microsoft account, creat a local account, clean the registry, refreshed, reset and reinstalled windows but the problem is still there. it says, Error code: 0x8020002e. i have a good internet connection.

    Hi,

    I am experiencing the same problem, i have tried running WSReset.exe command also, but still no luck. Please tell me what to do as i am not able to install updates to my apps.

    Check to see if you are on a metered connection.  I had to change my connection to non-metered to allow Lync to install.

    I would salso uggest you to reset the Windows Store using WSReset.exe command
