Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

Hope this helps. Please get back to us if you have any other questions

I would also like to have the ability to organize my app history. After trying/uninstalling several apps from the store, my "your app" section in the store is very cluttered.

Why would you want to do something this ridiculous?  I'm finding more and more that the Metro side of things in Windows 8 was put together by novices.  I can't side load a Windows 8 app now I can get rid of the history from the store for apps that I've removed?  Wow, so forever I need to see updates available for apps I tested for 10 minutes and when looking at My Apps I have to see a cluttered up bunch of tiles of apps that I once had installed, maybe on another system as well to boot!  Wow, great feature design there MSFT!

Exactly! who will want to update an unwanted app?

The more you try, the more disk space you wasted!

Moreover, the STORE is so stupid we cannot do SEARCH/ FILTERING by name!!!

Bill left, you Windows become STUPID.

The most irritating thing about this is Windows 8 now constantly tells me I have an update but its for an app I don't want.

The problem is you have no idea whether you really want an app until you try it

PLEASE let me get rid of them permanently or at least don't tell me about updates to apps I have uninstalled

Sounds like poor design rather than a feature.
