Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

Hope this helps. Please get back to us if you have any other questions

As it appears that threads, once answered, are not monitored I have raised a new question asking for a change request to be submitted and to be kept updated on progress via this forum.

It is titled 'Deletion of the history of uninstalled apps in win 8 store'

here is the address if you wish to follow it

    Hi Anumerta,

I was noting that threads, in general, not just your thread, that are marked as answered are rarely reviewed again.  "Setting a flag" would be like turning on an alarm automatically, so that Microsoft Customer Support would know to look at the thread again.

We all appreciate that you took the time to post the problem in the first place.

    Larry

I also agree that this post should be reviewed again ,

but actually  i do not understand to set a flag again after i set it as answered thread.

I just received it gladly design

Although clearly a bit disappointing the consumer.

This is not the first time I have seen follow on posts ignored.  I think part of that is because the original poster marked the thread as answered.  You would think, that with so many follow on posts, a flag would be set to indicate that the thread should be reviewed again.

Ok, giving them a week sounds good.
