how to delete the history of uninstalled apps in win 8 store

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

Remember Sinofsky?  It is rumored that he was removed mainly because he did not listen to customer feedback, especially corporate customer feedback.  Who is next?

I have apps listed for computers that don't even exist anymore.  They were virtual machines that were used for Windows 8 testing from Alpha on through RTM.  This was testing to support Microsoft product development.  I don't need to see the lists for those computers.  Not having a means to remove them is just poor design and planning.

To say "It's designed like that" is a very shortsighted point of view on the part of Microsoft.  Operating System features can, and must, evolve to respond to the needs of the customer.

Think about it, do you want customers complaining and remarking about the problems they are having with your product?  I think you would rather have them make excellent remarks and continue to use your products. 

Please escalate this to the appropriate product team in Redmond.

And, at the same time, they´re asking for feedback to the users testing the Technical Preview of the new Windows 10.

Well it's unanimous people want control over previous owned apps. So Windows why not oblige to your customers. This debate over unwanted app history has been going on a long time. It makes me wonder if we're being heard....

Microsoft... this is a "feature" of Windows???

I made the mistake when I first got my Surface Pro of trying a lot of apps that turned out to be complete garbage. Now, even on my new machines my app list is out of control. 

Even Google realized not being able to remove junk from the history list was a bad mistake!

*sigh* Maybe I should have bought a Galaxy 12.2 instead of a Surface Pro 3.

WE should have control of what we want left on the list.
