how to delete the history of uninstalled apps in win 8 store

when i uninstalled apps in win 8 ,,, i dont know how to delete that history because when i checked in "your apps"(in win 8 store),,

there were history of unistalled apps..

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

    Is anyone at Microsoft taking these comments seriously? The answer that the Apps Store was purposely designed in a certain way is not a satisfactory answer for something that bothers people. Perhaps Microsoft need to rethink their design decision and keep people happy.  I, also, don't like having unwanted things left on my computer.

    I thought I was just being **** about it but I see that I'm not the only one that finds this situation irritating. I'm also having a problem with not being able to clear my search history for the app store. I may be missing something but maybe that was just designed that way as well. From the only response we have so far received from Microsoft sounds like " Well that's the way it is. Now if you have any other problem that we no doubt have no interest in fixing or improving, please ask." I'm a long time Windows user and until recently always went to bat for Microsoft. I use to really believe in the company and appreciated the fact in the past they listened (or at least seemed to) and worked on improving their products. I now have my doubt and think that either my faith was misplaced or it's a new Microsoft and could care less about it's customers. If anyone at Microsoft really is reading our posts please prove me wrong.
