Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

Hope this helps. Please get back to us if you have any other questions

I don't know if the Windows 8.x store was ever modified because I have upgraded all my phones and computers to Windows 10. I noticed recently after reinstalling Windows 10 on a new hard drive in my PC that there was a big improvement to the Windows 10 store.

I still don't think there is an option to delete unwanted apps, but there is now an option to hide the unwanted apps so they don't show up "My Library." This option is available on both PC and mobile, but the hiding may need to be done separately on each platform or per device. I haven't checked if hiding on one PC affects other PC's, but the apps I hid from my PC are still showing from my phone.

Can you create a new account, transfer what you need to that, and delete the old one?

I think you can maybe not with transfer but start it again, if you do then DONT USE APPS STORE AGAIN :D I have 3 apps and thats all. Windows Phone is good but **** UI so I will never use it anyway. I will NOT have all apps on one page no thanks. I use Android with 7 home pages and on first page (middle) is only Time and 3 apps then 3 left pages are for internet apps and 3 pages to the right are phone apps. Not only that I have folders etc. is A LOT better than **** Windows Phone with all apps in one page!!!

    Are you serious!?

This shouldn't be a solution or even considered.

There is a bug and it should be fixed.

what you suggested is a major time consuming. MAJOR!
