how to delete the history of uninstalled apps in win 8 store

when i uninstalled apps in win 8 ,,, i dont know how to delete that history because when i checked in "your apps"(in win 8 store),,

there were history of unistalled apps..

Hi,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community Forums.

From your issue description , I understand that you need to delete the uninstalled App history from the Windows App Store.

Unfortunately its not possible to delete the uninstall App history in the windows 8 App store. Its designed like that .So in future if you want install any of these apps again in your computer you don’t to have search for that in the whole App Store. You can just select “My Apps” and from there you can install that once again very easily.

    ... and why would one search their uninstalled app history for an app I didn't want so I can install it again? There are apps dedicated to a part of the world that I will not be moving to or visiting and I am now stuck with them. There are some no longer available but I am stuck with a reminder. There are those that are just plain hideous.  MICROSOFT, I know what I do not want. Apparently there are a number of us out there that feel the same. I was hoping 8.1 would resolve the issue but no...  There are too many dreadful apps out there to not fix this problem. Wake up Microsoft. This is not the way to do business.

    it could be the PATENT issue? the Google had make it in the user account management, the source code is registered and protected by intellectual right? Microsoft develop the Windows Store system late?

    I agree that this is a much needed feature.

    FYI:  Google Play Store went through the same thing on Android.  They fixed it in a subsequent update.  It is now very easy to remove lists of uninstalled apps.  You can even multi-select and remove them in groups!

    So how about it, Microsoft?
