I cant get system properties by any method

Hiya,

I cant get system properties up by any method, (I.E right clicking on my computer and selecting properties).  This means I cant get to see any of the computer properties or system restore properties.  I have done malware and virus checks and they have come back clear.  Please Help

    I have that link, what they have asked you to do is follow the prep guide link, do the steps provided there and then post in the link given in the steps which goes directly to the topic message box after running the DDS scan and following the instructions to include the two logs.

    then if you read the disclaimer, they tell you to hold on as they WILL get to you.

    Hiya Elizabeth,

    Did not get very far with that,  The guy as now asked me to start a new tread in a different part of the site.  Don't know still if there is something deep rooted or not after carrying out all the instructions to be now asked to start again elsewhere.
