I cant get system properties by any method

Hiya,

I cant get system properties up by any method, (I.E right clicking on my computer and selecting properties).  This means I cant get to see any of the computer properties or system restore properties.  I have done malware and virus checks and they have come back clear.  Please Help

    Hiya Elizabeth,

    Questions 1 to 4 none of these options open system properties.

    1. On SAS that I run today there was 1 threat called pup.wamjam

        On Mbam there were 9,

               Adware.agent x3,

               pup.search ya x3

               pup.funmoods x3

    1. I have uninstalled Zone Alarm
    2. To be honest no I never read this article

    I have never come accross this. Do you know under what circumstances it is likely to happen?
