MBAM and SAS do not need to be uninstalled, as long as you run them as on demand scanners and not in real time, there should only be one real time antivirus. There are no removal tools for these as they can be uninstalled through Add/Remove in the control panel.
AVG, am not sure about that message, but reboot twice and see if AVG has finally been uninstalled, if not do a search for AVG on your pc and delete manually what you find and reboot again.
Event viewer.
go to start, control panel, Administrative Tools, Event viewer.
when event viewer opens up on the left hand side you will see several directories, you want to click on Applications.
In applications you want to double click on Winlogon, this is your report for checkdisk
if any errors were found and fix, then run checkdisk again until no errors are found and 0 bytes are in bad sectors.
Note: if any bad sectors were found windows will try to recover data and move to a good spot on drive, there is a potential for data loss.
run checkdisk say once a month as part of your regular maintenance schedule.
please update as to where you are now, with all these instructions. :)
