how to get my printer online

I have windows 8 and an epson workforce 520. I cannot get it online. I have 10 items in to be printed buy it says the printer is offline.

I have the same frustration as all the others getting the printer on line. My problem, I think, is that the printer (since it's wireless) is looking for a particular network - like xfinity - if it homes in on any other network like my cellphone's network or the other comcsast network - it won't budge.

Go to settings on the pc and make sure your network is the one that both your pc and the associated printer are the same (look at the settings on the printer as well) if not then get them set the same...it fixed my problem.....I'll probably have to atone for the bad words I used getting the printer back online

I have the same problem and I have and HP Envy 7640. It work from the older computers in the home and our laptop. Will not work from my new computer with windows 8....HELP

Are you that stupid that you tell the person to turn on the printer. Stay off this chat. Stay away from computer advise.
